September 24th, 2010

In this slide we learned that although Tri. AS and Tri. BR do not look the same when broken up into their own triangles, they are in fact the same but are flipped around.

Haha random funny english quote.

Instead of me boring everyone who knows this...

"What would you tell someone (and there are currently about 10 students), in your class, who had absolutely no experience with Accelerated Math?"

Respond specifically to these questions:

1. What are the pros, re: A/M?

2. What are the cons, re: A/M?

3. What advice would you give new students?

4. If you are a new student, what do you need to know that you haven't yet figured out?

5. What do you wish you had done differently in the past, with regard to A/M?

6. What can I do better as your teacher to prepare you/your class to be successful in this course?

I look forward to reading your responses.

Work period, September 27/2010

Today we had a period to work on our accelerated math, and a review page to help us prepare for our upcoming test. Mr.Maks gave us an analogy today...if your on a escalator and its loses power don't stand around and call for help, take charge and climb the stairs (do the work.)

Check this out. Awesome math glossary.
